Welcome to Tarangson. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our service. By accessing the Tarangson platform ("Service"), you agree to all of these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Service" means the Tarangson platform, including the web application, API, and all related services
- "User" means a person who registers and uses the service
- "Content" means all data that users create or upload to the system
- "We" means Tarangson Co., Ltd., the developer and provider of Tarangson
2. Use of Service
2.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering
2.2 Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
- Account sharing beyond what your package allows is prohibited
2.3 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
- Reverse engineer the software
- Use bots or automated systems to access the service
- Upload illegal, obscene, or rights-infringing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
3. Packages & Payment
3.1 Free Trial
- 14-day free trial, no credit card required
- Features limited as specified on the pricing page
3.2 Paid Packages
- Pricing is as stated at the time of subscription
- Billing is annual unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice
3.3 Refunds
- You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the main features
- No refunds after 7 days
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ours
- The Tarangson service, including software, design, logos, and all content, is our intellectual property
- You receive no intellectual property rights beyond the right to use the service under these terms
4.2 Yours
- You own the data and content you create or upload
- You grant us the right to use, store, and process such data for service delivery purposes
5. Data & Backups
- We will use reasonable efforts to store and back up your data
- You are responsible for backing up your own important data
- We are not liable for data loss due to force majeure
6. Service Availability (SLA)
- We aim for 99% monthly uptime
- We may suspend the service temporarily for scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure
7. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, punitive damages, or loss of profits
8. Account Cancellation & Suspension
8.1 By You
- You may cancel your account at any time via settings or by contacting us
- After cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days
8.2 By Us
- We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms
- We will provide reasonable notice, except in emergencies or serious violations
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or improper use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
